VENUE HIRE
The Flagstone Community Centre (FCC) is available for the community and service providers to use. There is a process for booking spaces, including providing current certificate of Public Liability and Risk Assessment Form for Business, Government, For Profit groups and service providers.

For community groups who do not possess Public Liability, FCC is happy to negotiate.
Please note that all new groups and programs must first be approved by the Flagstone Community Centre Management Committee.

CONSULTING ROOM 1
Not For Profit, For Profit, Government, Private - $33 per hour (including GST)
This room is slightly bigger than 3.5m x 3m.
It is decorated beautifully to create a warm, friendly space.
The room has a desk and work chair, two comfortable chairs, a coffee table, bookshelf and/or cupboard, plants and wall hangings.
Suitable for small meetings, counselling, consultations.
There is a common waiting area for waiting clients and families if needed.
CONSULTING ROOM 2
Not For Profit, For Profit, Government, Private - $33 per hour (including GST)
This room is slightly bigger than 3.5m x 3m.
It is decorated beautifully to create a warm, friendly space.
The room has a desk and work chair, two comfortable chairs, a coffee table, bookshelf and/or cupboard, plants and wall hangings.
Suitable for small meetings, counselling, consultations.
There is a common waiting area for waiting clients and families if needed.

CONSULTING ROOM 3 (LARGE)
Not for Profit, For profit, Government, Private - $44 per hour (including GST)
This is an extra-large room (4.5m x 4m).
Hiring this room has access to the ensuite – full bathroom facilities for washing hands.
The room is decorated beautifully to create a warm, friendly space.
It has a desk, office chair, comfortable chairs,
walk-in storage space, change table, toy box, whiteboard/markers, in-ceiling Bluetooth speakers, plants and wall hangings.
Suitable for child and family health, consultations, family meetings, counselling sessions etc.
There is a common waiting area for waiting clients and families if needed.
COMMUNITY SPACE 1
Not for Profit, For profit, Government, Private - $44 per hour (including GST)
This space is a combination of our main space (6m x 5m) and waiting area (5m x 3.5m). With a total of 47.5 sqm.
The space includes the TV and stand, in-ceiling Bluetooth speakers, bookshelf, tables and chairs (if needed), comfortable chairs, coffee table, in-ceiling Bluetooth speakers and wall hangings. This is a multipurpose space functional for many activities e.g. community programs, social events (up to 40 people), active groups, large meetings etc.
Hiring this space will give you the natural lighting from the deck and the most accessibility to the kitchen.

Deck/Outdoor
Not For Profit, For Profit, Government, Private - $27.50 (including GST)
This is the Alfresco space. There is a built-in barbeque with cooking and cleaning utensils available.
The area leads to the backyard so also suitable for a larger gathering. The doors to the outside are bifold, connected to Community Space 1.
Garage
Not for Profit, For Profit, Government, Private - $44 (including GST)
This is the largest of the community spaces available – 6m x 6m.
The garage has sliding doors out to Trailblazer Drive. This space has carpet on the floor, and its own air-conditioning unit. Power points and the best WIFI connection is available in the garage. The setting out for this space is very flexible. Tables and chairs available or clear the space out to use the floor for activities.
Includes a TV and stand, in-ceiling Bluetooth speaker, white boards/markers and a lectern. The room has plants, wall hangings and two armchairs for decor.


KITCHEN
Included in all Room Hire
All providers and community groups will have access to the common kitchen. Tea, coffee and biscuits will always be available. There is a large communal fridge / freezer.
Although catering will have to be brought in, there will be crockery, cutlery, glasses and so on for 40 people.
Service Providers are welcome to take up some space in the kitchen cupboards, so staff don’t have to bring personal food each day.
Alternatively, you can use the kitchen for cooking classes or as part of your activity.
Kitchen is located in the middle of Community Space 1.
